Why we're doing this

We believe drone deer recovery is a vital part of proper deer management. A recovered deer is a deer that counts, and hunters who know help is a call away make better decisions. We're doing everything we can to promote it and put good pilots in front of the hunters who need them. Our hope is that WRX365 drives real business your way.

Why pilots join

You're inside the hunt, not on a website. Hunters see you on their blood trail plan and tracking map, when they're deciding who to call.
Send my track. Before you leave the truck, see the stand, the hit spot, every blood spot and the best-guess search area.
Reviews from verified hunters. Only hunters who actually called you or sent you their track through WRX365 can leave one.
A free year of WRX365 RxPRO+ for you, our top plan. It starts when your listing goes live.
Your own partner code to hand out on every job. Hunters who join WRX365 with it save on RxPRO, and you earn commissions that can offset your yearly cost.
Proven thermal drones only. We list pilots flying thermal models from DJI, Skydio and Autel, and we verify every FAA Part 107 license, so hunters get a real search.
A partner packet every year. 100 business cards with your logo and partner code and a truck decal, plus a WRX365 hat your first year.
We never take a cut of your jobs. You set your prices and the hunter pays you directly.

The math

$499.99 a year. Founding partners approved in 2026 pay $249.99 for the first year. You only pay after you're approved.

Questions pilots ask

Do you take a cut of my recovery jobs?

No. You set your own prices, and the hunter pays you directly. The yearly listing is the only cost.

How do hunters reach me?

They tap Call on your card and it rings your phone. Or they tap Send my track, which gives you a link to their stand, hit spot, blood trail and best-guess search area on a map.

Who sees my card?

Hunters whose hunt spot is inside the distance you travel and in a state you fly. We show whether you charge mileage to their area.

I live near Kansas. Will I get calls from there?

No. Your coverage stops at the state line, and you only show in states where drone recovery is legal.

What does Founding Partner mean?

Pilots approved in 2026 get the Founding Partner badge on their card and pay $249.99 for the first year instead of $499.99.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The listing renews once a year. Email tools@whitetailrx.com any time before it renews and we'll cancel it. Your card stays up through the year you paid for.

Which states do you accept?

Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky, Ohio, Louisiana and West Virginia: the states where drone deer recovery is legal today. Texas doesn't allow drones to find wounded deer yet. We add states as the laws change.

Which drones qualify?

Thermal models from DJI (Matrice 4T, Mavic 3T, Matrice 30T, Matrice 300/350/400 with an H20T, H20N or H30T, Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced), Skydio (X10 with VT300) and Autel (EVO Max 4T, EVO II Dual 640T, EVO Lite 640T, Alpha). Flying something else? Pick Other on the form and type it in. We'll check it's a capable thermal drone before we approve you. Hunters are counting on a real search.

Agreement

I fly with anti-collision lights on any night flight.

I'm an independent pilot. I'll follow all FAA Part 107 rules and the drone recovery rules for every state I fly in, including the ones above. I'll launch only from land I have permission to be on, never use the drone to harass wildlife or interfere with other hunters, keep hunters' locations private, and mark every result in WRX365. WRX365 verifies my license but doesn't endorse or guarantee my work, and my listing can be removed for complaints or low ratings.
